Red Ribbons

Hard to beat this bright glowing red Ground Cover rose with it’s showy flowers which come in large clusters. Perfect to drape over a wall. The beautiful color holds to the very end accented by clean doubly-dark glossy green leaves. Very consistent in all climates.
