Lyda Rose

This rose was bred by Kleine Lettunich, the breeder of ‘Mateos Pink Butterflies’, and was named after her daughter and the song from ‘Music Man’. ‘Lyda Rose’ has single flowers that are white, edged with delicate pink. They are borne in Large clusters to give an apple blossom-like appearance. The fragrance is very strong. It is a disease-free and spreading plant with rich green foliage that will flower well even in the shade. She makes an excellent bushy free-flowering hedge.
