Emmie Gray

Emmie Gray taught at the Bermuda High School for Girls for over thirty years. It seems she managed to singlehandedly populate the island with this lovely rose by sharing it with everyone she met. It is fitting that this single rose of various shades of rosy pink that fade to a dusty scarlet is named after this woman. Continuous blooming habit, dark green foliage, and the presence of hips are a few of the attributes of this upright vigorous shrub.
